The following are the

pertaining to our Web Site Hosting Services:
Terms Of
Service Notice
the House of Hein web
Hosting is owned and
operated by
individuals who feel
that pornography is
harmful to our
society in general
and our children in
particular. We have
instituted a policy
that prohibits the
sale of any internet
related services to
adult related sites.
This policy also
allows for the
cancellation of
services without a
refund. Adult related
sites affected by
this policy will
include any and all
sites that are sexual
in nature and/or
inappropriate for
children. This is
including but not
limited to sites
containing and links
to sites containing:
Sex, pornography,
obscene material,
tasteless images.
This includes
anything considered
adult material and
any form of child
pornography;
Promotion or display
of instructional
information
supporting illegal
activities; this
includes, but is not
limited to,
instructions for the
building or use of
weapons, propagation
of "spam"
email and/or computer
viruses, or any
material that
infringes the
intellectual property
rights of third
parties (including,
but not limited to,
trademarks, domain
names, personality
rights, names of
individuals,
publicity rights,
logos, graphics,
designs, films, and
music);
Blatant expressions
of bigotry, racism,
hatred, or profanity.
Anything illegal
including, but not
limited to, spam,
illegal software,
warez or hacked
software, serial
numbers, mail fraud,
pyramid schemes,
those which allow the
circumvention of
revenue rightfully
due to a manufacturer
for the sale of a
product or the
disabling of
installed copy
protected devices,
and all other forms
of cracker utilities,
are strictly
forbidden;
Material that
exploits children;
Material which
attempts to collect
personal information
about users without
their consent;
Also prohibited is
subhosting and the
reselling of our
services without our
express written
permission, IRC
servers, Bots or
anything that uses
excessive system
resources or cpu
cycles.
The interpretation of
these guidelines is
at our sole
discretion one of our
representatives.
Anyone using our
service(s) for the
afore mentioned adult
related sites will be
informed of our
decisions regarding
the site and will be
given the opportunity
to remove the
objectionable content
from the site. Until
the content has been
removed or services
have been canceled,
we reserve the right
to suspend services
without refund.
Service(s) can be
suspended if the
customer was not able
to be reached.
The constitution
protects your right
of free speech and
the Uniform
Commercial Code
protects our rights
to do business with
who we choose. We'll
respect your rights,
please respect ours.
We reserve the right
to change or amend
this notice in any
way, at any time
without notice.
