Your IP address (your current Internet address) is stored in the server logs at the time of your visit, as it is on all web sites. We do not ask for any personal information (such as a name, address or e-mail address) when you visit this site that is kept in any logs associated with correspondence. What about your information given at the time of a purchase from the HOH store? Upon order completion the purchaser and the House of Hein will automatically and immediately be sent E-Mail containing receipts/orders, however, there are no logs or any other purchase information stored on our servers! Thus, despite not using SSL certificates in our store, your personal information is as safe as technology today allows. Any credit card information collected at the time of a purchase is actually handled by/on the Credit Card Processor's Ultra-Secure Servers. Therefore none of your credit card or personal information is stored by The House of Hein and therefore cannot be viewed and/or captured in any way on or from the House of Hein's Servers.

 Our Hosting/Domain Registration store uses cookies to carry your basic purchase information (cart i.d. and order number) throughout your purchase(s). Also, the cookie is helpful in the event you are cut-off in mid-purchase (i.e. a computer crash or ISP crash/connection drop) and wish to return to the store and complete your purchases. These "store cookies" are automatically deleted from your computer files within 24 hours.
